Crispy, crunchy and spicy hot sauce that is best paired with avocados, eggs, cottage cheese and rice. I add it to hummus and with a little bit of honey this is good on baked chicken.

Ingredients:
300 g dried garlic, minced
200 g dried onion, minced
150 g red pepper chili flakes
60 g Korean Chile powder
60 g sesame seeds, toasted
30 g dried ginger powder
9 sheets of nori, toasted and chopped in blender
15 g salt
945 ml avocado oil
Method:
In large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir well, season with salt and reserve in glass jars with lids.
