Kitchen Notes Restaurant – Nashville

Chef David Harker and his team cooked refined classics this week in preparation for the new restaurant opening September 30th. These are a few photos of his food from the new menu.20130908-214221.jpg

  1. Chef, the presentations look amazing! Chef Harker and his team did such a great job, and I am so happy to say I will be visiting Nashville at the end of November! I spoke with John and he said you were in Nashville, if you could take some time out of your busy schedule please send me a list of MUST TRY’S at each restaurant in Nashville. I will be going especially for their culinary world, and my blog. I am now working at the Omni Barton Creek Resort… such a different atmosphere. I hope all is well with you!! Looking forward to hearing from you!

    1. Thanks. While in Nashville after you’ve eaten at Kitchen Notes and Barlines, must eat at Catbird Seat, Arnolds, and Etch. Jacks has good ribs, Southern and Merchants are forgettable though. Hope to get to Cityhouse and Husk next week. Cheers!
