Palais des Thes

Francois-Xavier Delmas led us with his team in a two hour tea training class. More than just for health and spice, we learned more about the gastronomy compliments tea has with food. All the teas are hand harvested from plantations selected by Francois, not purchased wholesale as in most other teas.
