  1. is there any way to get the recipe for the roasted cauliflower volute (sp)? i had on a recent trip and it was AMAZING. i had to let everyone at the table sample – and then there was less to enjoy… : (

    1. HI, sorry for the delay. Try the recipe again and let me know if you have any questions. It also works well added to mashed potatoes, as au gratin or an omelette. Thanks for the reply.
